What our group "We the People" of Montana have found is that Montana is so far off track from CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS that we are in a crisis situation:

Laws, policies, and rights presently have no place in the State of Montana, and not many other places in the USA. How did the rule of men become more important than our rule of law as established in the US Constitution?
Can we cite treason when we find excessive violators? [Steve Bullock, Montana AG who most likely called in the 'strike' on our Medical Marijuana]. Prosecute Steve Bullock for negligent constittuional rights deprivations; he took our rights:

The Stevensville, MT man on his porch thought he was going to die when a swat response was called out on him, made worse by the law enforcement themselves. He was carrying a pellet rifle (plinking off predatory birds with permission of the landowner).
We need to be educated in Montana and the United States about our rights, when we can speak, assemble, not have our property, liberty seized without due process of law. We have a right to continue and pursue our professions, without interruption per the 14th Amendment and a court case in the 9th circuit named Gabbert. Our officials must yield to their sworn oaths, and back off the rule of men tyranny.
As our founding fathers knew, as soon as our liberties are taken, tyranny returns to our republic.
